Payne Drilling Corp is a family owned and operated company located in the Winchester, Virginia, area. The business was incorporated April 1964. Our vision is to provide our community with clean, potable drinking water for residential, business and farm use now and in the future.
History
O.L. Payne went into business for himself and opened Payne Well Drilling on US 11 North near Clearbrook, Virginia. His son, Gary – second generation – has been drilling since 1971 to present. Adam (grandson) – third generation – has been drilling since 1997 to present
